Services

Wharton EMS provides 911 service to East Wharton County, including the City of Wharton, Boling, Magnet, Egypt and backup service to East Bernard.  East Wharton County is bordered by Matagorda, Colorado and Fort Bend Counties.

We also provide non emergent transfer services.  Call for details.

In an emergent situation, we normally take a patient to the closest facility, or may have to air lift a patient to the proper facility.

• Matagorda County Hospital District (Bay City)
• Methodist Hospital-Sugarland
• Memorial Herman (Richmond)

• Methodist Hospital System
• Texas Children's Hospital

We also provide an extensive range of public relations, service, demonstrations, lectures, and education for the Public Safety Organizations as well as the general public.
